The May’s proceedings of the Chinese parliament that took place in the shadow of the growing tension between Beijing and Washington brought surprising decisions, affecting the current policy of the People’s Republic of China.
On 3rd June 2020 the editorial office of The Warsaw Insitute Review in cooperation with the Warsaw Institute Foundation organized an online event “Hong Kong – the people’s revolution against the Party”. The topic of the debate were the ongoing protests in Hong Kong that have been happening since June 2019, which began in connection with the extradition law to the People’s Republic of China.

Wojciech Jakóbik, an expert on energy security and geopolitics and BiznesAlert editor-in-chief discussed with dr Rafał Zgorzelski, The Warsaw Institute expert the current shift on global energy markets that have an impact on the geopolitical situation in the Federation Russian.
This Wednesday on 20th May 2020 another webinar from a series of expert debates organized by the editors of The Warsaw Institute Review took place. This time, the meeting was entitled “The future of economic relations between Poland and the US after the end of the pandemic.”
